In just a few months I will have completed my 1st decade working in the strength & conditioning field. There are two things that have motivated me from day one, helping people and continuing to learn and evolve in my profession. Over my career I have worked with all demographics when it comes to my clients but the majority of my career I have worked with the athletic population, helping young middle school, high school, collegiate and professional athletes reach their athletic goals. So the majority of my continuing education has been dedicated to two areas: helping athletes reduce their likelihood of injury and learning how to fully develop an athlete so they can reach their highest athletic potential. Also, if you are interested in reading up on these topics I have placed a few links to some of the resources that I highly recommend
