Scheduling
It is our goal at LEWIS Fitness & Performance to provide a long term developmental option for every athlete that participates in the training process. In order to ensure this process, having flexibility in scheduling is instrumental. We realize that kids involved in athletics are busier then ever before, and it is not getting any easier.
With that being said, our scheduling will NOT be locked to a certain day and time each week. Our athletes may choose to have either a recurring schedule, or a schedule that changes as frequently as on a weekly basis.
ALL athletes MUST be scheduled PRIOR to participating in a group as our groups have a maximum capacity to them to ensure that all of our athletes are receiving the best coaching that we can provide.
