Improving fundamental athletic skills and self-esteem for young athletes, ages 6-12
Science has proven that ages 6 to 12 are the most critical years in a child's life for motor skill development. Our Youth Program utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete's physical foundation, and improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods.
To start in the our Youth Program, we invite all perspective members to a free 1 session trial to see what we have to offer for you and your child. These Youth Program sessions run between 45-60 minutes for each session.
Once a family in our Youth Program inquires more information to progress their child into our Sports Performance memberships, each individual interested must be taken through a movement evaluation to see where they are developmentally as an individual prior to being able to progress into a different membership.
