Athlete Programs
Our semi-private, or small group, training provides a training environment to ensure optimal learning during all aspects of the training program. Our group size will go up, but not exceeding 6 members per coach. Each group will be coached by 1 senior staff member and 1-2 interns depending on the size of the group. All our clients receive individualized programs based on the results of an initial one-on-one assessment, as well as regular progress checks. From here, they’re coached in a small group setting and put into an environment in which they can succeed and have fun.
This training format provides a motivating, unconditionally positive environment. When you’re down, there is always someone alongside you to pick you up. All our clients meet new people and develop strong friendships with those with whom they train.
