How does my Membership work?
The memberships to LEWIS Fitness & Performance works through an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) agreement that is based off of the type of membership that is desired (i.e. 1, 2, 3, or 4 Day/week training programs). The membership dues will be collected automatically on bi-weekly basis. The months that training occurs does not have to be consecutive, but a month where training will occur will be selected on the membership agreement to set up future membership payments correctly.
How does the training schedule work?
For athletes, there will be numerous opportunities throughout each week of training to schedule appointments. Pick the days and times from the facility schedule that work best for you. These appointments can be changed from a week to week basis to provide the flexibility needed to become completely dedicated to the training process. Training must be scheduled a minimum of 1 week ahead of time.
Example:
I normally train on M and W at 5:00 pm, but this week I have my hockey tryout on Wednesday, can I switch to Thursday @ 5:00 pm? Absolutely, good luck at your tryout!
Does the facility schedule change from month to month?
Yes. The facility schedule will vary twice a year; the schedule will change to the summer schedule from June-August, and it will change to the school year schedule in September-May.
How does it work if I want to begin training in the middle of a month?
Your membership dues will start of the date of the month you begin training. All subsequent bi-weekly membership payments are based on that date as well.
